This beautiful lightly-oxidized oolong enjoys luscious notes of honey, tropical pineapple and pleasant floral blossom. Also known as Si Jie Chun , this fragrant oolong is a relatively new cultivar, discovered on a mountain in Taiwan about twenty years ago. This beautiful lightly-oxidized oolong enjoys luscious notes of honey, tropical pineapple and pleasant floral blossom.  Also known as Si Jie Chun, this fragrant oolong is a relatively new cultivar, discovered on a mountain in Taiwan about twenty years ago.
